Types of gears and their function

In today's modern world, machinery and industrial equipment play an important role in all aspects of life. Undoubtedly, industrial gears are among the most important parts used in these machines. Gears play an important role in the transmission of torque between the axles of industrial gearboxes and are used in a wide range of industrial applications.

In the simplest definition, an industrial gear wheel can be described as follows:
a circular and rotating part that has a number of teeth in its structure and is used to transfer torque and speed from one axis or shaft to another. The type of teeth determines the type of gear and finally the type of gearbox that uses these gears. The direction, speed and torque of the input power can be changed with the help of gears.
